Belarusian translator

It varies by document. Many official Belarusian certificates and extracts are drafted partly or wholly in Russian, even though both languages are official. The UK has no sworn-translator institute, so there is no "sworn translator" as a legal office here. It depends on the receiving authority. For use abroad you often need an apostille (Hague Apostille Convention, 1961) or consular legalisation. Belarusian has the official narkamaŭka and the older classical taraškievica. The spelling of proper names and terms can differ between the two norms.
